Same shape as the rebuild: $149/month for months one through three, then $379/month for months four through twelve, on a 12-month term. The standard new-build rate stays $425/month on a 6-month initial term, always open.
The $1,200 build credit is waived at signup and earned back at $100 for every completed month. Leave before the 12 months are up and the unearned balance is due — cancel after month four, for example, and $800 is still owed. What platforms do you build on?add
Netlify, Webflow, or custom static (Astro, plain HTML). We pick the platform that fits your specific business — not the one that pays us a commission. You always own the platform account.
Do you write the website copy?add
Yes. We write the copy and you approve it. AI drafts service-area pages and FAQ content, then a human (Aaron) edits every word before it reaches your review. You can mark up changes in shared docs — no back-and-forth email chains.
Can I pay upfront instead of monthly?add
Yes. One-time build options are available and quoted per project based on scope. You own the site outright with no ongoing payment required. If you want hosting, security, and updates handled after launch, you can add a separate management retainer or take it on yourself.
Who owns the website?add
You do. You own the domain, hosting accounts, content, design files, and any AI tool subscriptions. If you ever leave us, you keep everything — no held-hostage scenarios.
What happens if I cancel monthly management?add
You give us 30 days' notice and we hand over everything — site files, hosting account access, GBP credentials, AI tool logins. You can self-host, hire a different agency, or take a break. We don't make this hard because we don't need to.
Are your terms month-to-month?add
SEO and management are month-to-month. Managed website builds require a simple 6-month initial commitment to cover design costs, then go month-to-month. Either way: flexible terms, 30-day cancellation, full ownership of your assets. One optional exception: the Michigan Founding Client rate trades a lower monthly price for a 12-month term. You only get that term if you pick it.
Does the founding program replace your standard pricing?add
No. Standard pricing is unchanged — $325/month for rebuilds, $425/month for new builds, $495/month for local eCommerce, with SEO and management month-to-month and managed builds carrying a 6-month initial commitment. The founding program is a separate, limited option: a lower rate in exchange for a 12-month term, capped at 20 positions. Both are available. Pick whichever fits.
What if I'm not in Michigan?add
We serve local service businesses across the United States, remotely. Build, launch, and ongoing management all happen with regular video calls. The only thing that's geographic is your service area, not where we work from.
