Why we're doing this
Great North AI Partners is early. The work is strong, the process is proven, and the founder has twenty years of e-commerce and marketplace SEO behind it — but the portfolio is still mostly demo builds, and every business owner in Michigan has been burned by a web company before.
So instead of spending the next year buying ads to convince you, we'd rather spend it building twenty excellent websites for twenty Michigan businesses at a price that makes the decision easy. You get a website that costs a fraction of what it should. We get proof — real reviews, real results, real businesses willing to say the work was worth it.

- Eligibility
- Open to Michigan businesses that are new clients of Great North AI Partners. Limited to 20 positions. Enrollment closes October 31, 2026, or when all positions are claimed, whichever comes first. Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
- Pricing
- Website Rebuild: $99/month for months 1 through 3, then $299/month for months 4 through 12. New Website Build: $149/month for months 1 through 3, then $379/month for months 4 through 12. Standard rates are $325/month and $425/month respectively. Local eCommerce builds are not included in this program.
- Term
- The founding rate requires a 12-month term beginning with your first invoice. This is optional — standard plans remain available at standard pricing with a 6-month initial commitment on managed builds and month-to-month terms on SEO and management.
- Rate lock
- Your $299 or $379 rate is fixed for the full 12-month term and will not increase during it.
- After month 12
- Your engagement continues month-to-month at your founding rate unless either party gives 30 days' notice. We will not automatically raise you to standard pricing at the end of the term.
- Build credit
- A $1,200 build credit is applied at signup, covering the upfront design and development work that would otherwise be invoiced separately. The credit is earned at $100 for each completed month of your term. If you cancel before month 12, the unearned balance becomes due on your final invoice. Example: cancellation after four completed months leaves $800 unearned and payable. This reflects work already performed and delivered.
- 30-day design exit
- If you cancel within 30 days of your design presentation and before your site launches, you owe nothing — no build credit, no fees, no final invoice. The site is not delivered and the engagement ends.
- Ownership
- You own your website, content, Google Business Profile, and every asset created during the engagement, in full, at all times. This does not change if you cancel, and no outstanding balance is required before assets are released.
- Founding client obligations
- Founding clients agree to: leave an honest Google review within 14 days of launch; provide a recorded video testimonial of approximately five minutes; permit Great North AI Partners to publish their business as a named case study including screenshots and, with separate written approval, performance data; and maintain a footer attribution link for the duration of the term.
- Account credits
- $50 for a Google review posted within 14 days of launch. $100 for a completed video testimonial. $100 for each referral that signs and pays a first invoice, with no cap. Credits apply to your account balance, are not redeemable for cash, and do not expire during your term.
- Reviews are not required to be positive
- Your credit is earned for leaving an honest review. We do not condition it on rating, and we will not ask you to change or remove a review.
- Cancellation
- 30 days' written notice to aaron@greatnorthaipartners.com. Any unearned build credit becomes due as described above.
- Scope
- Included services are defined in your service agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and requires your approval before it begins.
- Changes
- These terms may change for future clients but not for anyone already enrolled. The terms in effect on your signup date govern your engagement for its full term.
Questions about the founding program
What happens in month four?
Your rate goes to $299/month and stays there for the rest of the 12-month term. That's $26/month below the standard $325 rate. We show you this before you sign anything.
Why is there a 12-month term when your site says no long-term contracts?
The 12-month term applies only to the discounted founding rate — it's the trade for paying $99/month for months 1–3 and $299/month for months 4–12 instead of the standard $325/month. It's optional in the sense that the standard plan is still available without it, not in the sense that you can take the founding rate without the term. Our standard plans are unchanged: SEO and management are month-to-month, and managed builds have the same 6-month initial commitment they've always had. If a 12-month term doesn't work for you, take the standard plan at $325/month.
What is the $1,200 build credit?
The $1,200 build credit covers the upfront design and development work on your site. It's waived at signup rather than charged as a fee, but you earn it back at $100 per completed month across the 12-month term, so if you cancel early the unearned balance becomes due on your final invoice — cancel after four completed months and $800 remains payable. It reflects work already delivered, not a penalty. Cancel within 30 days of your design presentation and before launch and you owe nothing at all.

Do I own my website?
Yes, entirely — the site, your content, your Google Business Profile, every asset created during the engagement. This is true on every plan we offer and always has been. If you leave, you take all of it with you.
Is my business eligible for the Michigan Founding Client Program?
The program is for Michigan businesses that are new clients of Great North AI Partners. It's built for established businesses with an existing website that isn't performing — rebuilds are the focus. New builds are available at the founding rate as well, at $149/month for months one through three and $379/month for months four through twelve.
What does AI search optimization actually mean?
When someone asks ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews, Gemini, or Perplexity to recommend a business like yours in your city, those systems pull from structured, well-organized web content. Most local business websites are invisible to them. We build yours so it can be read, understood, and cited. It's early enough that doing this well is a real advantage.
How many founding positions are left?
20 of 20. The counter on this page is updated manually and it's accurate — no countdown timers, no fake urgency. When it hits zero, enrollment closes and new inquiries go to a waitlist. Enrollment also closes October 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
