Michigan Founding Client Program — Terms

Who this is for

Eligibility

Open to Michigan businesses that are new clients of Great North AI Partners. Limited to 20 positions. Enrollment closes October 31, 2026, or when all positions are claimed, whichever comes first. Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

What it costs

Pricing

Website Rebuild: $99/month for months 1 through 3, then $299/month for months 4 through 12. New Website Build: $149/month for months 1 through 3, then $379/month for months 4 through 12. Standard rates are $325/month and $425/month respectively. Local eCommerce builds are not included in this program and remain at the standard $495/month.

Term

The founding rate requires a 12-month term beginning with your first invoice. This is optional — standard plans remain available at standard pricing with a 6-month initial commitment on managed builds and month-to-month terms on SEO and management.

Rate lock

Your $299 or $379 rate is fixed for the full 12-month term and will not increase during it.

After month 12

Your engagement continues month-to-month at your founding rate unless either party gives 30 days' notice. We will not automatically raise you to standard pricing at the end of the term.

The build credit

Build credit

A $1,200 build credit is applied at signup, covering the upfront design and development work that would otherwise be invoiced separately. The credit is earned at $100 for each completed month of your term. If you cancel before month 12, the unearned balance becomes due on your final invoice. Example: cancellation after four completed months leaves $800 unearned and payable. This reflects work already performed and delivered.

30-day design exit

If you cancel within 30 days of your design presentation and before your site launches, you owe nothing — no build credit, no fees, no final invoice. The site is not delivered and the engagement ends.

What you own

Ownership

You own your website, content, Google Business Profile, and every asset created during the engagement, in full, at all times. This does not change if you cancel, and no outstanding balance is required before assets are released.

What we ask in return

Founding client obligations

Founding clients agree to:

• leave an honest Google review within 14 days of launch
• provide a recorded video testimonial of approximately five minutes
• permit Great North AI Partners to publish their business as a named case study including screenshots and, with separate written approval, performance data
• maintain a footer attribution link for the duration of the term

Account credits

• $50 for a Google review posted within 14 days of launch
• $100 for a completed video testimonial
• $100 for each referral that signs and pays a first invoice, with no cap

Credits apply to your account balance, are not redeemable for cash, and do not expire during your term. Full referral conditions are on the referral program page.

Reviews are not required to be positive

Your credit is earned for leaving an honest review. We do not condition it on rating, and we will not ask you to change or remove a review.

Testimonial disclosure

Any testimonial or review we publish from a founding client will be accompanied by a disclosure that the client received discounted pricing in exchange for a review and testimonial. Video testimonials require your written release before publication, and publishing your performance data requires separate written permission beyond general case study consent.

Ending the engagement

Cancellation

30 days' written notice to aaron@greatnorthaipartners.com. Any unearned build credit becomes due as described above.

Scope and changes

Scope

Included services are defined in your service agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and requires your approval before it begins.

Changes

These terms may change for future clients but not for anyone already enrolled. The terms in effect on your signup date govern your engagement for its full term.
